HAPPY 21ST BIRTHDAY TO MARKIE!

This weekend we celebrated Mark turning 21, in VEGAS BABY! It was a wonderful weekend. My sister Sammy joined us, which was nice since she babysat Cole while Paul and I had " Mommy and Daddy time. " My cousin Tiffany and Brianne also came up.. so while Paul had what he calls " mantime".... I had " girltime" with a couple of my bestfriends! Thursday night, it was just us with Marc and Cherrie. We walked over to Caesar's and had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. Cole loved the fish tank that was in the hotel.. Friday night me and the girls went to " Rain " and danced the night away.. while the boys went to a all famous ...club! Of course they enjoyed themselves :) Saturday we spent all day by the pool, and I snuck away to the spa to get in some " me " time, something I have been cherishing these days! That night we all had dinner in honor of Mark.. and afterwards partied at Tobey Kieth's bar! So saying we had " fun " is a " understatement" !!!!!!!

COLE'S FIRST PHOTO SHOOT

Today we visited the Nicholson residence, and of course got in some picture time. Keep an eye out for his announcement, as we plan on having them out, hopefully in the next month. It was wonderful spending some time with them.. and taking pictures of our wonderful creation. I can't wait til they are ready too see :) 'We love you both, and thank you for your love.. and effort that you put into capturing our precious moments.'

COLE'S FIRST VISIT TO THE MILLER HOUSE

Today was Cole's first visit to Uncle Peter and Auntie Debbie's house. Of course we didn't realize our camera wasn't charged until we pulled in the drive way. It was so wonderful seeing Cole spend some quality time with his great Uncle and Aunt, and cousins. This was Uncle Peter's first time holding Cole, and both enjoyed every second. We didn't leave until 1am.. and even then, Aunt Debbie was chasing us down the driveway. " Don't worry Aunt Deb.. we'll be back!!"

AUNTIE SHAY'S 19TH BIRTHDAY

Today we celebrated Shay turning 19. She will be having her baby at the same age our Mom had me :)

EINSTEIN TIME!

Its never too early to start learning. I have been enjoying watching Cole under his Einstein Play Gym. Its full of colors and shapes. Although his color isn't in yet ( as they say! ).. his focus is starting to come in. He has already started to roll over. YES.. he is rolling over from his stomach to his back. Cherrie said that Paul did the same thing, but at 1 week old. He is already so much like his Dad.

COLE'S ONE MONTH CHECK~UP

Today we visited Dr. Julie. She said everything looks perfect :) We can't believe a month has already gone by. Time flies when your having fun, and we are truly enjoying every second of every minute with our son.

REED SANDOVAL GETS BAPTIZED

Today we were able to witness such a important event. Reed Sandoval was baptized at St. Anthony's in Long Beach. We are were honored to be guests.

CELEBRATING MOM'S 44th BIRTHDAY

44 years ago today, our beautiful Mother was born. Although she has passed, we celebrated the wonderful life she lived, and the beautiful memory of her that we carry in our hearts. Since having Cole, I feel her spirit with me each day. I know she is guiding me through this great journey of motherhood.

Today, Cole took his first nap in his crib... I don't think he will be sleeping through the night in it for a while. Mommy has a hard time letting him out of her sight!!!

SUMMER'S END

All summer, there has been a concert every Sunday night at Peck park.. which is across the street from my Dad and Tara's house. Of course, we don't make it until its the very last one for the season. We packed sandwiches, wine, and other goodies... bundled Cole Michael up in warm clothes... and enjoyed every bit of the afternoon.

COLE'S FIRST TIME IN THE POOL

Today our little Cole went swimming for the first time! Well, really only floated around with Dad!!! But, he loved it. Every picture his eyes were closed as if he was sleeping... but he wasn't! I think he was just absolutely relaxed :) Cole was also able to meet the Wilkin's and Dahlen side of the family. Today was a good day.
